Wake Kicking Off Transit Campaign

As you probably know, there is a half-cent sales tax on the ballot this November for a transit plan. We’ll be discussing that in length in multiple upcoming episodes of our podcast. In the meantime, here is a press release sent out about the kickoff plan for transit:

WHAT: Business, elected, and community leaders will gather for a press conference at Shaw University to officially kick off a campaign supporting the upcoming referendum to fund the approved, bipartisan Wake County Transit Plan.
